At Doorbasket, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with the freshest vegetables available. Please review our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds for our perishable products.
1. Perishable Goods:
•Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns for items unless they are damaged, spoiled, or do not meet our high-quality standards upon arrival.
2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement:
•To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us of any issues with your order within 24 hours of the delivery time. To process your request, we require:
•Your Order Number.
•A clear photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory item(s).
•A brief description of the issue.
3. Refund and Replacement Process:
•Upon reviewing your request and the provided photo, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•Approved Refunds: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days.
•Approved Replacements: If you opt for a replacement, we will arrange for the affected item(s) to be added to your next scheduled delivery at no additional cost.
4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items:
•We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, consumed, or altered after delivery.
•Refunds are not available for issues related to personal taste, preference or size.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable.
