Shipping policy

At DoorBasket, we're dedicated to bringing you the freshest vegetables, straight to your doorstep. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your produce arrives in the best possible condition, on time, and with full transparency.

​1. Delivery Area

​We currently offer delivery services to select pin codes in south Goa. To check if we deliver to your location, please email us at doorbasket.in@gmail.com 

​2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

​Order Cut-off Time: Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next delivery cycle/on next day.

​Delivery Schedule: We deliver 7 days a week. Your delivery will arrive within the time slot you fall into at checkout upon placing an order. We pack your order fresh just before it leaves for delivery to ensure maximum freshness.

​Delivery Time Slots: Please be aware that unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

​3. Shipping Costs

​Standard Delivery: A standard delivery fee of ₹30 is applied to all orders.

​Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders with a total value of ₹549 or more.

​4. Order Tracking & Communication

​Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

​Delivery Updates: We will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email when your order is out for delivery. Our delivery partner may also call you to confirm your availability before arriving.

​5. Delivery & Acceptance

​Recipient Availability: Please ensure that you or a designated person is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.

​Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to a lack of recipient availability, we cannot offer a refund or a second delivery attempt due to the perishable nature of our products.

​6. Damaged or Missing Items

​We take great care in packaging and handling your vegetables. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy Page for instructions on how to request a refund or replacement.

​We request that you check your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

​7. Changes to the Policy

​DoorBasket reserves the right to update this policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
